IBC Awarded RMACC with Homeland Security

The Department of Homeland Security has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc. of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded a Regional Multiple-Award Construction Contract (RMACC). Under this RMACC, IBC performs standard construction, Design/Build, performance based construction task orders for general construction, marine construction, demolition, historical restoration, construction, repairs, and alterations for DHS facilities. IBC was awarded the RMACC for the Mid-Atlantic Region.

IBC Awarded MATOC with Corps of Engineers

The United States Army Corps of Engineers has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in Support of the Center of Standardization for General Instruction Buildings within the jurisdiction of the Norfolk District and the North Atlantic Division, Corps of Engineers for the South East Region (Southeast Region includes Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Mississippi).

Duck Hydraulic Research Laboratory

IBC was awarded a contract providing interior and exterior renovations of the USACE Hydraulic Research Laboratory in Duck, North Carolina. This project consisted of a renovation of 5,700 sf on the existing first floor of the facility along with new construction of a second story office space that was approximately 1,100 square feet.
