IBC is based in Chesterfield, Virginia, but has regional offices in both Arlington, VA and Raleigh, NC. IBC is currently engaged in various IDIQ and design-build projects for multiple Government clients including within the Department of Defense (DoD). Additionally, our IDIQ and design-build contracts have included construction, renovations, and general repairs of office buildings, living quarters, training facilities, research laboratories, hospitals, medical facilities, and various other buildings on military facilities.
