Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for successful project execution, financial, scheduling and technical management in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, cost estimating, schedule development and forecasting, project planning, design, field execution and project closeout.
  • Professionally communicate with our customers in order to build strong relationships for future projects.
  • Provide daily corporate documentation for project status reports on all scopes of work performed.
  • Commits resources at the project level and makes assignment.
  • Supervises and evaluates project staff and subcontractor performance.
  • Review and approve deliverables and site work plans.
  • Approves project budgets, change orders, and expenditures.
  • Approves payment for materials, equipment from subcontractors, and invoices to the customer.
  • Coordinates daily work activities and ensures their technical adequacy.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Must have at least 5 years experience in construction and construction management.
  • Must be able to flexibly handle a variety of tasks with short turn-around times.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, technical drawings, and technical specifications for each project.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Government clearance.
