Project Superintendents

Responsibilities

Provide on-site supervision of all trades on a variety of construction projects.
Have a complete understanding of project and the ability to recognize unforeseen project complications in order to provide our customers as well as IBC a finished product on time and within budget.
Professionally communicate with our customers in order to build strong relationships for future projects.
Provide daily corporate documentation of project site activities for all scopes of work performed.
Continuously communicate with project management.
Ensure day-to-day implementation and enforcement of all elements of the project safety plan.

Must have at least 5 years experience as a superintendent managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
Must be able to flexibly handle a variety of tasks with short turn-around times.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, technical drawings, and technical specifications for each project.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Government clearance.
