The Department of Homeland Security has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc. of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded a Regional Multiple-Award Construction Contract (RMACC). Under this RMACC, IBC performs standard construction, Design/Build, performance-based construction task orders for general construction, marine construction, demolition, historical restoration, construction, repairs, and alterations for DHS facilities. IBC was awarded the RMACC for the Mid-Atlantic Region. This region includes South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. The estimated maximum value of work the Government will order under this contract is $1,750,000,000. The maximum amount for each contract awarded is $5,000,000 per year.
