IBC Awarded RMACC with Homeland Security
The Department of Homeland Security has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc. of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded a Regional Multiple-Award Construction Contract (RMACC). Under this RMACC, IBC performs standard construction, Design/Build, performance-based construction task orders for general construction, marine construction, demolition, historical restoration, construction, repairs, and alterations for DHS facilities. IBC was awarded the RMACC for the Mid-Atlantic Region.

IBC Awarded MATOC with Corps of Engineers
The United States Army Corps of Engineers has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in Support of the Center of Standardization for General Instruction Buildings within the jurisdiction of the Norfolk District and the North Atlantic Division, Corps of Engineers for the South East Region (Southeast Region includes Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Mississippi).

IBC Awarded IDIQ at Bolling Air Force in Washington, DC
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for multi-disciplined construction projects at the DIA Analysis Center (DIAC) at Bolling Air Force Base (BAFB) in Washington, DC.

IBC Awarded Project with Radford Army Ammunition Plant at Radford, VA
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded a design build contract for a new Fire and Emergency Services Center (FESC) located at Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) at Radford, Virginia. The solicitation for the project came out under a previous Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) awarded to IronBridge earlier in 2009.

IBC awarded 112th Signal Battalion Headquarters at Fort Bragg, NC
The United States Army Corps of Engineers has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded a project for design and build of a U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) battalion headquarters for the 112th Signal Battalion at Fort Bragg, NC. IronBridge will build a 2-story, 61,500 square foot headquarters building for the 112th Signal Battalion.

IBC awarded AIT Dining Facility project at Fort Lee, VA
The United States Army Corps of Engineers has notified IronBridge Construction, Inc of Chesterfield, Virginia that they have been awarded a Task Order in Support of the USACE BRAC projects within the jurisdiction of the Norfolk District. This contract is for the construction of a 34,000 square foot dining facility for enlisted personnel at Fort Lee. This project currently has an estimated completion date of November 2010.
