IBC completed a project with the VAMC in Richmond, VA providing an interior and exterior renovation of a 7,200 sf, 2-story pre-cast concrete building supported on conventional spread footings. This project included abatement of more than 1,000 sf of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) tile and mastic and 2,000 sf of mold infected Gypsum Wallboard (GWB).
