IBC was awarded a contract constructing a new 8,100 sf elevated patio on the first floor roof top located adjacent to the mall entrance on the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA. This project involved the removal of the existing roof and the installation of a Henry roof system with a raised paver deck system. IBC installed 1,200 sf of specialized drought resistant plants associated with the Live Roof System.
